Allyson Glenn, \u00ab\u00a0The Alchemy of Art\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This lecture is held in the context of acclaimed Canadian artist Allyson Glenn’s latest series of works titled \u201cDate with Hermes: Journeying between Dreams and Reality,\u201d<\/em><\/strong> on exhibit at the Vorres Museum until June 30th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glenn\u2019s new work is focused on investigations of our entanglements with other humans\u2014identity, migration, societal violence, and climate and war crises; it marks a turning point in her commitment to social issues, an opportunity for the transformative power of the imagination to become a reality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
