Ces frais englobent une partie du salaire du personnel cadre, les frais administratifs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, la publication du Bulletin de liaison, les conf\u00e9rences pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 Ath\u00e8nes et des frais ponctuels.
